「EOSAM（欧州光学会）2022」参加、発表のお知らせ

2022年9月12日から9月16日にポルトガル、ポルトにて開催の「EOSAM（欧州光学会）2022」に参加し、9月13日に「Planarization of lithium niobate surface using a thin film catalyst in pure water(純水中での薄膜触媒を用いたニオブ酸リチウム表面の平坦化について)」発表(英語)を行います。これは2022年5月30日策定の長期成長戦略「Innovation2030」の実現に向けた布石となります。
弊社では先端的加工技術であるCAREの適用範囲を拡大し、新規市場を開拓するために日々研究開発を進めており、その成果の一部を発表いたします。

Participation and presentation at “EOSAM 2022“ held in Porto, Portugal from September 12 to 16, 2022.
We will give an oral presentation entitled “Planarization of lithium niobate surface using a thin film catalyst in pure water” on September 13, 2022 at Section TOM3: Optical System Design, Tolerancing and Manufacturing. This is a milestone toward the realization of our long-term growth strategy “Innovation 2030” formulated on May 30, 2022.
We are pleased to announce some of the results of our daily research and development efforts to expand the scope of application of CARE, an advanced processing technology, and to develop new markets.
