We are pleased to announce our exhibition at ” SEMICON TAIWAN 2023″, held from Sept. 6 (Wed.) to Sept. 8 (Fri.), 2023 held at TaiNEX, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 & 2, Hsinchu, Taiwan.
At our booth, we will introduce our ultra-precision surface processing technology and its processing devices, which we strongly believe to contribute to the semiconductor field.
In addition, we will introduce our infrared heating type temperature-controlled thermal desorption analyzer “TDS1200II,” which is manufactured and sold by our group company, ESCO, Ltd.
