2023年12月13日(水)～12月15日(金)に東京ビックサイト東展示棟にて開催の「SEMICON JAPAN 2023」に出展致します。
当社ブースでは、半導体分野に寄与する、超精密表面加工技術とその加工装置の紹介・パネル展示を行います。
また、当社のグループ会社であります電子科学株式会社が製造、販売しております昇温脱離分析装置「TDS1200Ⅱ」の紹介・パネル展示も行います。

Exhibition at SEMICON JAPAN 2023
We are pleased to announce our exhibition at ” SEMICON JAPAN 2023″, held from Dec.13 (Wed.) to Dec. 15 (Fri.), 2023 held at East Exhibition Halls, Tokyo Big Sight.
At our booth, we will introduce our ultra-precision surface processing technology and its processing devices, which we strongly believe to contribute to the semiconductor field.
In addition, we will introduce our infrared heating type temperature-controlled thermal desorption analyzer “TDS1200II,” which is manufactured and sold by our group company, ESCO, Ltd.
