Optical Business
We promote the development, manufacturing, and sales of various optical components, including the high-precision X-ray mirror “OsakaMirror,” which is created using our proprietary ultra-precision processing and measurement technologies based on research achievements from The University of Osaka.
Device Development Business
We promote the development, manufacturing, and sales of ultra-precision polishing equipment capable of high-speed, high-accuracy polishing of various wafers, ranging from Si-based materials to next-generation materials such as SiC, diamond, and ceramics.
Development
Life Science Business
We promote the development, manufacturing, and sales of equipment equipped with automated cell culture technology cultivated since our founding, as well as our proprietary three-dimensional rotational floating culture technology “CELLFLOAT.” In addition, we provide customized systems designed to meet specific cell processing requirements.
ESCO, Ltd.
We promote the development, manufacturing, and sales of Thermal Desorption Spectrometry (TDS) analyzers, which are used for material research and for evaluating and ensuring quality control in manufacturing processes across a wide range of industries, including semiconductors, FPDs, electronic components, steel, automotive, ceramics, plating, and batteries.
