Participation and exhibition at “PXRBM2023,” International Conference on Physics of X-ray and Neutron Multilayer Structures, held in Himeji, Hyogo, Japan from October 11-13, 2023.
The conference will focus on the physics of multilayer mirrors on the nanometer scale, which are essential for EUV, X-ray regime, and neutron optics.
We will be exhibiting our high-precision mirrors, which will be increasingly needed as substrates to realize our long-term growth strategy “Innovation 2030”.
