Our Nano-Measurement Technology is a core capability that underpins the production of high-precision X-ray mirrors by enabling nanometer-scale shape evaluation. Through wide-area, high-accuracy measurements using our proprietary MSI system, aspheric surface characterization with RADSI, and comprehensive 3D assessment via CMM, we achieve precise surface analysis and ensure consistent, stable quality.
