High-Precision Reflective Coating for X-Ray Mirrors
The reflective surfaces of X-ray mirrors require coating tailored to the energy (wavelength) of the X-rays to be reflected. As an X-ray optics manufacturer, we provide various coating materials with nanometer-order film thickness control, compatible with X-ray mirrors up to 1 m in length. Additionally, even if the coated surface becomes contaminated through use, we can strip the degraded coating and apply a fresh layer.
