Mirror coating
The reflective surfaces of X-ray mirrors need to be coated according to the energy (wavelength) of the X-rays to be reflected. We supply various mirror coating with nanometer-order film thickness distribution compatible with X-ray mirrors of up to 1 m. In addition, even if the coating surface is contaminated during use, it is possible to install a new coating after removing the degraded coating.
