Additional mirror shaping improvement

We also provide additional modification of existing older mirrors to improve the mirror shape and reduce the surface micro roughness. By decreasing the existing mirror shape error, a smaller focus size can be obtained. Additionally, by reducing the existing surface roughness, an increase in reflectivity can be expected.
